The best-known day out near Leek is just around the corner: Nienoord Estate, about 5 kilometres away. Here you will find the National Carriage Museum with one of the finest carriage collections in the world and the family park with a swimming castle: a full day out for young and old.

Breathable groundsheets only
At Camping Willemshoeve only breathable groundsheets are allowed, to protect the grass and the soil.
Low-traffic
Enjoy a car-free camping field. Your car is parked safely in our car park.
Chemical toilet disposal
Emptying waste water and filling up water tanks is free for motorhomes.
Dogs welcome
Dogs are welcome and stay for free. Always keep them on a lead outside your own pitch. Max. 2 dogs.

Check-in & check-out
Stays run from 13:00 to 11:00. Want to check in earlier or check out later? Just ask the manager.
Spacious pitches with everything included
Every pitch is 8 to 10 metres wide and separated by green hedges, so you really have your own spot. You can camp with a motorhome, caravan, folding trailer or tent, with your own 10A hook-up. Free Wi-Fi, hot water and showers are always included, so no tokens and no hassle.
The campsite is low-traffic, so you can enjoy a quiet camping field while your car is parked safely in the car park. Dogs are welcome (free, maximum two).

We are Peter and Eleni, since 1 April 2026 the proud owners of Camping Willemshoeve (formerly Camping De Holbargen). With a passion for hospitality, we are starting a new chapter for this trusted place.
