From the campsite you can easily walk or cycle into the vast Mensinge Forest and end up in the lively centre of Roden, known for its cafés, terraces and shops.
Culture lovers can visit Havezate Mensinge, a monumental manor house with a museum and a beautiful park, about 4 kilometres away (15 minutes by bike). Ideal for a relaxing afternoon.

Breathable groundsheets only
At Camping Willemshoeve only breathable groundsheets are allowed, to protect the grass and the soil.
Low-traffic
Enjoy a car-free camping field. Your car is parked safely in our car park.
Chemical toilet disposal
Emptying waste water and filling up water tanks is free for motorhomes.
Dogs welcome
Dogs are welcome and stay for free. Always keep them on a lead outside your own pitch. Max. 2 dogs.

Stays run from 13:00 to 11:00. Want to check in earlier or check out later? Just ask the manager.

At Camping Willemshoeve you choose from fifteen generous pitches, separated by green hedges for real privacy. Every pitch has its own 10A hook-up, and free Wi-Fi, hot water and showers are simply included.
The campsite is low-traffic and dogs are welcome (free, maximum two). No camping gear of your own? Then rent a caravan or tent including a pitch.

Under new, welcoming owners
Since 1 April 2026 we, Peter and Eleni, have been running the campsite (formerly Camping De Holbargen). With fresh energy we are building on a trusted foundation and look forward to welcoming you personally.
