Super friendly owners!

Nice small campsite with new, friendly and ambitious owners. The toilet block is clean but somewhat dated. It is planned to be renewed shortly. Lots of cycling opportunities in the area and nice places to visit. We had a great time. Highly recommended!

The pitches are nice, the facilities are good but dated – that's our opinion. The owner is busy with lots of work on upgrading the facilities; the campsite was recently taken over.

A campsite that has just changed owners, and you notice it straight away. Being able to book directly via the website is the first point. Neat campsite with good power supply. Great internet, which you don't often see. Everything looks tidy and clean, including proper waste separation.

We had a lovely week at Camping Willemshoeve in Drenthe. It is a beautiful area with nice villages and forest. Peter is hospitable and does his best to make the campers feel at home, and is busy improving the campsite.

We were incredibly lucky to find this campsite. We came across this beautiful spot by chance and called straight away. Booking by phone was very easy, as they speak Dutch, German and English.

We arrived by bike in the evening with a group of five, were warmly welcomed and easily found a place to camp for the night.

A small, very good campsite for a few days. It is a 20 km bike ride to Groningen through beautiful countryside.

Nice quiet avenue campsite, as I'd call it: one path with pitches left and right for motorhomes, tents or caravans. Toilets dated BUT clean, and personally I find that more important than trendy and new.

Super nice place at the top of Drenthe! Lovely spot, lots to do in the immediate area: culture, cycling and walking. Very friendly new owners who want to keep improving the campsite. We'll be back!

This small campsite recently got new owners. Incredibly hospitable and kind people who do their very best to help their guests. You can also rent camping gear if you don't have your own tent, caravan or motorhome.

A lovely, cosy, small campsite. Good facilities and very friendly fellow campers and owner. There is plenty to do in the area. Shame we only stayed one night, but it was definitely worth it and we will certainly be back.

Lovely quiet farm campsite. Large, spacious pitches. Saw storks in the meadow next door almost every day. The owners are going for a quiet campsite for cyclists and walkers. The facilities are somewhat dated, but clean. And the showers are free. I will definitely be back.
