What does SVR mean?
The Stichting Vrije Recreatie stands for small, quiet campsites with a personal character. No big holiday parks with entertainment, but space, nature and peace. Camping Willemshoeve fits in perfectly: fifteen generous pitches, separated by green hedges, on a low-traffic site.

Breathable groundsheets only
At Camping Willemshoeve only breathable groundsheets are allowed, to protect the grass and the soil.
Low-traffic
Enjoy a car-free camping field. Your car is parked safely in our car park.
Chemical toilet disposal
Emptying waste water and filling up water tanks is free for motorhomes.
Dogs welcome
Dogs are welcome and stay for free. Always keep them on a lead outside your own pitch. Max. 2 dogs.

Stays run from 13:00 to 11:00. Want to check in earlier or check out later? Just ask the manager.
In the heart of Drenthe's nature
The campsite is located at the Northern Three Provinces Point, where Drenthe, Groningen and Friesland meet. You can easily cycle into the Drenthe heathlands and forests.
Every pitch is 8 to 10 metres wide and has its own 10A hook-up with a kWh meter. Free Wi-Fi, hot water and showers are simply included, no tokens needed. Emptying the chemical toilet and filling your water tank is free, and you can charge your e-bike in the secure bike storage.
Dogs are welcome (free, maximum two).
